Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ostack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of Service

Ostack provides an orchestration platform for managing MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections, AI agent stacks, and related infrastructure tooling. The Service includes the web dashboard, APIs, CLI tools, and documentation.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Exceed documented API rate limits or abuse platform resources

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ostack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property — we claim no ownership over content you create or upload.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ostack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination takes effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
